Job Description
1, Plan as department head according to company goals;
2, Lead department to execute weekly customers contact report, monthly sales plan and annual sales plan;
3, Responsible for export business standardization and operation;
4, Managing customer order process flow, follow up contract execution and secure completion of each customer order;
5, Maintain and develop business with customers;
6, Communicating and collaborating with functional teams to secure on time delivery and good quality;
7, Handling customer complains properly to mitigating lost as much as possible and prepare corrective and preventive plans;
8, Improve customer service system, satisfy existing customers and develop new customers and provide best service to customers;
9, Responsible for customer payment to avoid potential lost as much as possible;
10, Hosting important customers as company representive.
1, 25-45, College or above, Majored International trading or relatively, at least 3 years international business developing experience and solid evidence of oversea business developed;
2, Familiar with international trading processes, proficient in international B2B platform and Keywords SEO, improve company and products exposure rate;
3, Good at English listening, reading and speaking, good at office software and strong negotiation capability;
4, Willing to work over time because of time zone difference, able to bear high sales performance pressure and able to achieve sales goals;
5, Professional ethics, proactively acting as a team, very good communication capability;
6, Passport on hand for oversea exhibitions and customer visits.

Salary and commission
Basic salary 5000 plus best commission.
Working hours
8:30-17:30 Monday to Saturday
